Special thanks to Doctors and staff on Wards 1 and 4 at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and also to the Macmillan Nurses and to all the staff at Kirkwood Hospice, also to Doctors Boulton and Culliney and to the Rev Jenni Honeyman for her comforting Service and to the Huddersfield Funeral Home for their excellent funeral arrangements.
